slow downloads and video buffering?
my internet runs at full speed (54mb/s) until i go to download music, software, or buffer videos online. then it drops to around 11 MB/s and end up giving up and exiting. it also seems to be disrupted by the phone even though we have AOL broadband. when i exit the video or whatever it seems to go back to full speed. can anyone explain why this happens? thanks
It could be -
1) Too many users online at one time
2) Download the latest flash player, uninstalling any previous versions first
3) Try reloading the page or checking back in 30 mins etc.

[although some people say this is un-neccesary, I find it stops problems arising in the first place as it will make a clean slate ready for the new version]
